Vermilion Creek
Centennial, Colorado
Vermilion Creek is a 100-acre community nestled adjacent to Cherry Creek and designed to provide the region with three distinct "for-sale" residential product offerings. Community Design Collaborative worked seamlessly with the property owners, the project team, the governing agencies and the community to design this outstanding community. Community Design Collaborative provided rezoning and Official Development Plan processing, public hearing presentation, processing and approval of the final plat and civil engineering plans, processing of the required development agreements with all agencies, budget and schedule development, contract negotiations, construction observation, and project management.
Three Hills
Jefferson County, Colorado
Built adjacent to the Dakota Hogback, the Three Hills community has commanding views of the front range and downtown Denver all while offering three separate housing types for residents. Community Design Collaborative worked with the property ownership and the entire design team to process this 286 "for-sale" residential unit community. Originally zoned for commercial and high density multi-family, the project required a rezoning through the county that addressed the sensory impacts, traffic, economic impacts, and the visual analysis of the community. Community Design Collaborative led the design team and created a presentation that won unanimous approval from both Planning Commission and the Board of County Commissioners twelve months sooner than expected.
Hilltop / Everlea
Aurora, Colorado
Hilltop / Everlea is a 135-acre parcel of ground located within a high growth quadrant of the Denver Metro Area with a considerable amount of construction and proposed development occurring. Mr. Rosier identified the property, completed the initial proforma, led the acquisition, entitlement, and design teams through the defined master planned process. This community encompasses over a thousand residential units, a 20-acre regional park, and 28-acres of defined commercial property.
