Throughout his career, Donald has earned a track record of success in leading and executing on complex projects and programs while bringing together property owners, design professionals, elected officials, stakeholders, and community members to achieve exceptional rather than expected results. As a registered professional civil engineer and former 2-term County Commissioner, Donald has a tremendous background in both the public and private sectors.
